As a partner for commercial real estate management of the currently 51 properties with a total of approximately 700,000 square feet at 1 April EPM 2008 Assetis, a subsidiary of Bilfinger Berger Facility Services GmbH, and DeTeImmobilien charged.

Regional breakdown of administrative
The distribution erfolgt regional: EPM Assetis übernimmt das Nord-Portfolio mit derzeit 26 Objekten (Los 1), DeTeImmobilien das Süd-Portfolio mit aktuell 22 Liegenschaften (Los 2). Der überwiegende Nutzungsanteil dieser beiden Lose sind Büroflächen. Für das dritte Los, das drei Einkaufszentren mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 65.000 Quadratmetern umfasst, ist das Auswahlverfahren noch nicht abgeschlossen.
Die externen Partner übernehmen das operative kaufmännische Objektmanagement. Das gilt für die Mieterkorrespondenz, das Vertragsmanagement, die Betriebskostenabrechnung und das entsprechende monatliche Reporting an die SEB Immobilien-Investment. Die Property Manager sind somit erste Ansprechpartner der Mieter. Darüber also subject to coordination, control and quality assurance of officials appointed by SEB Immobilien-Investment Facility Manager in her portfolio. These in turn are responsible for the infrastructural and technical operation of the objects.
Future object arrivals are distributed according to regional distribution between the partners. The 19 objects of the recently acquired "Quartier Potsdamer Platz" in Berlin will continue to be supervised by the resident local Asset Management GmbH Potsdamer Platz.
