Agents 2008 rankings: The top 3 are from
Atisreal has with a sales increase of 39.6% to 113.7 million euros in 2007 its leading position in the current ranking by the trade magazine Real Estate Agents Manager further. Second-placed, Engel & Völkers, had to let them draw, despite a sales increase of 26.6% to almost € 102 million the league leaders. Last Engel & Völkers years was indeed a franchise still out of competition, but was still less in sales than a million behind Atisreal. Was third this year, Jones Lang La Salle with an equally rich increase of 40.3% to 96.1 million euros. Thus, the gap of the top 3 to the following, purely on residential real estate specialized company, the LBS Münster (sales: EUR 59.3 million, +5.7%) and the Sparkassen Immobilien GmbH Vermitlungs (Sales: 52.4 million . €, +9.8%). could be measured in the ranking only voluntarily participating companies, including industry leaders such as CB Richard Ellis, DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield therefore not appear in it.
